PRIVACY POLICY:

mobileDUZ LLLP, a Colorado USA Limited Liability Limited Partnership, (“mobileDUZ”) will only use information gathered to verify purchase requests, shipping, billing, collecting, tax data, marketing and related services.  mobileDUZ does not own or operate any other business.  Information may be shared with other companies as required to complete transactions requested by mobileDUZ customers.  mobileDUZ will not sell, rent, or give away private information.  Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and any such change will be posted on the mobileDUZ web site at www.mobileduz.com.

TERMS, CONDITIONS and Limited Warranty:

mobileDUZ LLLP, a Colorado USA Limited Liability Limited Partnership, (“mobileDUZ”) is pleased to provide aftermarket products for sale through select high-quality Authorized Dealers. (If you do not currently have a dealer near you, please call us directly.)   Purchase orders may be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of mobileDUZ.  mobileDUZ’s acknowledgement of receipt of a purchase order or request does not signify our acceptance of your order.  Delivery schedules are contingent upon strikes, accidents, fires, availability of materials and other causes beyond our control.

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice and only written agreements approved by all parties shall apply.  mobileDUZ reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as mobileDUZ sees fit.

LIMITED WARRANTY for the Truck Office, Cargo Deck, Cabin Guard, Console Office, Truck Locker (hereinafter referred to as "Product"):

Limited Warranties are valid only if the "Product" was purchased from a “mobileDUZ Authorized Dealer”. 

A five (5) year Limited Warranty is provided only for defects from mobileDUZ manufacturing workmanship and/or material, and if failure occurred under intended use, not including abuse or accident.  Limited Warranty is inclusive of material to repair or replace as necessary the defective component.  See “What the Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER” and expanded information below.  The Limited Warranty period begins on the date of purchase or use (which ever occurs first) by the first owner/user of record. 

Limited Warranty Registration may be activated by a mobileDUZ Authorized Dealer or owner/user by completing and mailing the registration card to mobileDUZ.  Failure to return the Limited Warranty Registration will not affect your rights under the Limited Warranty so long as you can furnish proof of dates and purchase from an Authorized Dealer.

mobileDUZ disclaims all implied and express warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness of a particular purpose arising from State Law or otherwise, on components, appliances, installation, maintenance and labor excluded from coverage as set forth below.  

mobileDUZ’s Limited Warranty covers defects in the manufacturer of the "Product" and defects in materials used to manufacturer the "Product".  mobileDUZ will repair and/or replace, at its option, any defect if: you notify mobileDUZ or one of its Authorized Dealers of the defect within the warranty coverage period and within 10 days of discovering the defect and you deliver your vehicle to mobileDUZ or an Authorized Dealer at your cost and expense.  It is reasonable to expect some service items to occur during the warranty period.  The performance of warranty repairs shall not extend the original warranty coverage period.  Any performance of repairs after the warranty coverage period has expired or any performance of repairs to component parts and appliances excluded from coverage shall be considered “good will” repairs, which shall not alter the express terms of this Limited Warranty.  mobileDUZ may use new and/or remanufactured parts and/or components of substantially equal quality to complete any repair.

If three or more unsuccessful repair attempts have been made to correct any covered defect that you believe substantially impairs the value, use or safety of your"Product" have taken more than 30 days to complete, you must, to the extent permitted by law, notify mobileDUZ directly in writing of the failure to successfully repair the defect(s) so mobileDUZ may become directly involved in exercising a final repair attempt for the purpose of performing a successful repair to the identified defect(s).

“What the Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER”: This Limited Warranty does not cover: any "Product" not purchased through a mobileDUZ Authorized Dealer; any "Product" sold or used outside of the United States or Canada; any labor; any electrical component not manufactured by mobileDUZ such as but not limited to inverters; items added or changed after the "Product" leaves mobileDUZ’s possession; normal wear and usage such as abrasion, defacing, scratching, dents, chipping, effects of condensation, fading or routine maintenance of the "Product" not caused by mobileDUZ.

Events discharging mobileDUZ Limited Warranty from any express or implied obligation to repair any defect: include misuse or neglect, accidents, unauthorized alteration, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, damage caused by collision, fire, theft, vandalism, explosions, overloading in excess of rated capacities.

mobileDUZ reserves the right to inspect item(s) claimed for warranty and decide the best way to handle any and all claims, including the replacement or repair of the warranted part.

The original purchaser of the "Product" and any person to whom the "Product" transferred, and any person, who is an intended or unintended user or beneficiary of the "Product", shall not be entitled to recover from mobileDUZ any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the "Product".  The exclusion of consequential and incidental damages shall be deemed independent of, and shall survive, any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy.  Disputes between mobileDUZ and purchaser shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Colorado.

This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights to the owner.  The owner may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
